Wood board
- The board featured in the video was made using a large piece of plywood cut down into an 9in x 10in board.
- The size of the board matters the most if you want to add space to practice vessel anastomosis, in which case I would recommend the dimensions above
- If you do not have plywood readily available, you could alternatively find a small wood cutting board on Amazon or grocery stores such as Walmart
- The links below are wooden cutting boards that are decently priced and have ample space to add screws as you would like

Hair Ties
- I highly recommend getting soft hair ties that do not have a rubber core like the ones below. These would allow you to pass the needle without much resistance, helping reduce strain over many repetitions.

Screws
- There are a variety of options to choose from: length, thread, head type. I chose to go with a small screw with a large head.
- This only requires about a third of the screw to be drilled into the wood for it to be secured and have enough room for the hair ties

- You could also go with nails to be hammered down into the wood. I didn’t go with this option because I wanted the screw grooves to have friction with the hair ties so they do not slide around as I practice
